A series of monochrome cardboard cabins display each a short film made by the artist and invite the viewer/visitor inside to speak. The title as well as the set-up refer to Robert Ashley’s television opera Perfect Lives. The Lives in his text-sound compositions with moving imagery refer to various settings in which fictitious life takes place while the Live in this installation evokes the possibility of the viewer taking part in the installation. The film is projected on a partly sanded mirror foil which makes it possible for the projection to be seen but for the image of oneself impossible to be reflected clearly. However the loudspeaker plays simultaneously the sound of the film and the orator. PERFECT LIVE 1 screens „Bleta Jahaj“ and PERFECT LIVE 2 screens „Géraldine Beck".
